NIVA announce the request for a sub-delivery
Norwegian Institute for Water Research (NIVA) hereby announce the request for a sub-delivery of the larger project «Substantive and Equal Participation for a Legally Binding Plastic Treaty» performed by NIVA with three other partners and financed by Norad.
NIVA intend to enter into an agreement with a consultant to assist with the administration of a partial delivery of the project. As part of the project, NIVA coordinates the "Scientists' coalition for an effective plastics treaty". The consultant will assist with the coordination of the network, with a particular focus on regions outside Europe. In addition, the consultant will contribute with analyzes of the political landscape and the development of the negotiations on the plastics agreement.
A description of the assignment and the tasks to be carried out, as well as the rules for the competition, are included in the attached tender documents.
We welcome all relevant suppliers to participate in the tender competition. The deadline for submitting offers is May 30th 2023.
