Administrative Support provides services and support that help ensure an efficient and smooth working day for staff, visitors and partners at NIVA.
Administrative Support is a key point of contact at NIVA and ensures that staff, visitors and partners receive good service and the necessary assistance in their day-to-day work. The section contributes to well-functioning workplaces and efficient administrative processes across the institute.
The section is responsible for reception and the switchboard, access control, postal and courier services, ordering consumables and chemicals, meeting services and the management of meeting rooms. We also assist with the procurement of office supplies, handling external visitors, promotional items and following up on operational enquiries.
We have extensive expertise in service, administration, logistics and coordination. We work closely with staff and external suppliers to ensure a positive user experience and efficient support functions that underpin NIVA’s research and other activities.
