Silje is a senior communications advisor for international projects at NIVA. She has eight years of communications experience and a Master of Arts in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh. Her background is primarily in innovation projects, festivals and initiatives at The University of Edinburgh and The Scottish Government. She has also worked as a freelancer with Oatly, living lab projects, hybrid academic conferences and digital courses on facilitating innovation. Originally from Oslo, Silje lived in Scotland for 11 years before moving back to Norway in 2022.
