Aleksandra holds an academic background as a social scientist with a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and a master’s degree in Energy, Environment, and Society from the University of Stavanger.
She primarily works as a project advisor in Horizon Europe projects coordinated by NIVA, and also plays a key role in EU proposal development through coordination, process management, and collaboration.
In addition, she is continuously engaged in improvement processes and best practices to ensure effective project management across the organization.
Aleksandra is also responsible for coordinating NIVA’s annual reporting to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). She contributes actively to NIVA’s sustainability reporting, supporting efforts to address societal and environmental challenges.
