Specialized in fish physiology and the development of novel and nondestructive parasite treatments against the salmon parasite Gyrodactylus salaris in Norwegian rivers. Experience from project management in large projects, hazard and risk management and SOP development in projects with significant environmental and public exposure. In 2016, Anders was project leader of the environmental monitoring during the construction of a counterfill near the wreck of submarine U-864 near Fedje, one of the most comprehensive monitoring operations during underwater work in Norway. Since 2013, Anders has been the head of Section for Research Infrastructure at NIVA. As the leader for two team leaders and two highly competent teams totaling 13 employees, Anders is responsible for strategic market positioning, encourage project acquisition, coordinate services and research with research staff, and has overall HSE, project, quality and financial responsibility.
